These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Benny’s Mathanomical Adventure (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Parent Responsibility

The App is designed for children and families.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial educational use, subject to these Terms.

Copy, sell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the App, except as allowed by law
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law
Use the App in a way that violates law or infringes rights of others

4. Purchases and Billing

The App may be offered as a paid download through Google Play.

Billing and payment processing are handled by Google Play, not us.
Refunds, if available, are subject to Google Play policies.

6. Privacy and Children’s Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: privacy-policy.html.

We designed the App to minimize data collection, including for children.

7. Educational Purpose; Not Professional Advice

The App is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

8. App Availability and Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, or content changes at any time to improve safety, compliance, or performance.

We do not guarantee the App will always be available or error-free on every device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dakota Allen Craig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dakota Allen Craig from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law, platform policy, or for misuse that creates safety or legal risk.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections under your local law may still apply.
